Account Eligibility

2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

mbb888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age (NRIC, passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to maintain onlyone (1) Account on the mbb888 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mbb888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

You must notify mbb888 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. mbb888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

mbb888 operates strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian NRIC or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)

• Source of funds documentation for large deposits

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing rate at time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any such funds received may be held pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds for each payment method. mbb888 targets the following processing timeframes, though these are not guaranteed:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX / Major Banks: Typically 5–15 minutes

5.4 Currency & Fees

mbb888 does not charge transaction fees on standard MYR deposits and withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which mbb888 accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network fees.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mbb888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the time of offer and is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requiresRM1,000 in qualifying wagers).

6.2 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Each welcome bonus is available to a new Player's first Account only. Existing Players are not eligible for welcome bonuses. mbb888 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

Players who are found to have exploited bonus terms — including through irregular betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") — may have bonuses voided and associated winings forfeited. Suspected systematic bonus exploitation may result in Account suspension.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Match-fixing or engaging with any individual organisation involved in match manipulation

Suspension & Termination

mbb888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where mbb888 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Account holder is engaged in or has engaged in a Prohibited Activity
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, suggesting fraud or exploitation
• KYC documentation provided is forged, expired, or otherwise unsatisfactory
• Continued Account access poses a risk to mbb888, other Players, or third parties

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting mbb888 customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance (net of bonuses not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbb888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any gaming service
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity interruptions
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming activities

• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security

mbb888's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mbb888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mbb888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
